We are Instructional & Meeting Spaces (IMS)

We support SJSU through strategic campus technology design, AV support, and barrier-free equipment loaning. Our mission is to ensure technology is an asset, not a hurdle, for every Spartan. Find our team in IRC 112, just southeast of the DMH building.

We offer no-cost rentals of laptops, accessories, hotspots, and AV equipment, alongside Mobile Units designed to support seamless remote collaboration and learning. For current store hours and booking instructions, please visit the Announcements section of our homepage.

Spring & Fall: Mon - Thur: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm | Fri: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Winter & Summer: Mon - Fri: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
