Soly earned a BS in Industrial Technology and an MBA from SJSU. She conducts extensive training and ISO 9001 quality audits for high technology, medical device manufacturing, and aeronautics/defense industries on the practical application of statistics for process improvement. As a professor with CASA teaching HS67 (Introductory Health Statistics), Soly Paterson brings 13+ years of real-world Silicon Valley professional experience to each course. She is also a former chairperson for the American Society for Quality, Silicon Valley Section 613.
