For over 30 years, Hugo Mora-Torres has worked to improve community health through disease prevention and educational counseling, specializing in health careers. Hugo has worked closely with university students as a health career advisor and health science instructor and has also worked for medical schools at both UC Davis and Stanford. More recently he has been directing a diabetes and obesity prevention program targeting the Latino community and supervising undergraduate fieldwork in health science at SJSU.
