Fall 2026 Housing Tours:
At this time, University Housing Services is not offering in-person tours of our Apartments or Residence Halls due to our high occupancy rate. However, we are hosting Webinars which offer important Housing information, as well as a complete overview of all Housing options! Webinars are held at the following days and times:
- Thursdays at 11am and 1pm
- Fridays at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm

NEW Option Opened Fall 2024! Spartan Village on the Paseo
Approximately 670 new student beds transformed what was the south tower of the San José Hilton Signia hotel complex into a thriving student community in the heart of downtown.
Double, triple and quad room types are available. The quads include a separate living room area in each unit. All units will have a private full bathroom.
Amenities include dining and community kitchen facilities, fitness center, gaming room, mail services, and study and recreational lounges. All residents are required to have a meal plan.
Housing staff also lives on site including professional Residential Life Coordinators (RLC) and student Resident Advisors (RA's).

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is a great resource for incoming students. You can sign up for a main campus tour and receive information that your student will need to know. The Welcome Center is located outside of the Student Union.
