Requests for Tax ID or W-9
- Corporate Sponsorships & Foundation Funding Student organizations are encouraged to pursue corporate sponsorships, grants, and other external funding opportunities that support their activities and programs. If your organization is exploring a potential corporate or foundation partnership, please contact the Corporate & Foundation Relations (CFR) team first before submission: corporaterelations@sjsu.edu
  
  Our team can help you navigate university processes, coordinate with prospective funders, and identify opportunities where additional support may be helpful. If a funder requests the Tower Foundation’s W-9 or other payment documentation, please coordinate with us directly. Early coordination helps ensure that external funding opportunities are properly processed and routed to your student organization account.
