Employee Affinity Groups

Faculty and Staff Employee Affinity Groups at San José State University provide opportunities to make identity-specific connections across campus.  There are several groups on campus dedicated to fostering community among Faculty and Staff from underrepresented and marginalized communities.  Activities range from informal social events and internal personal and professional development to campus-wide programming and community engagment. Employee affinity groups are open and available to all who are interested to participate, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
